Welcome to Tuscany, Italy

The Tuscany region of Italy is an enchanting place with large cities boasting varied cultural activities, historic sights and amazing restaurants to small villages with charming squares and lovely cafes to enjoy. It's easy to see why Tuscany is such a popular place to visit.

There are a great number of historic and cultural sights in Tuscany that date back many centuries. You can find priceless sculpture, artist expressions and much more in this area that is noted as the birthplace of the Renaissance. Florence, Italy is a wonderfully popular place to visit and is filled with so many things to do. In fact, Tuscany, is home to six major spots that are noted as World Heritage Sites, including the historic centers of Florence, Siena, Pienza, San Gimignano, Val d'Orcia and the Cathedral of Pisa.

Beyond the historic sights, Tuscany also is home to the Chianti Wine Region, which grows and creates some of the most famous Italian wines in the world. People have been growing grapes here to days before Christ - creating a long and rich tradition.

The Tuscan countryside is noted for its beautiful hills and stunning country ambiance with Cypress trees and fields of sunflowers. Here you can find many quaint villages, winding roads and lots of great wine vineyards and olive groves that you will remember for years to come. Additionally, Tuscany is known for its wonderful cuisine that includes many grilled meats, handmade pastas, game meat, salads and, of course, its wine.
